Candidate must possess at least a qualification of Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant
At least 2-3 years of working experience in property/housing/banking sector or related field is required.

Responsibilities
Perform sales tasks to meet sales targets and KPIs by management
Gather market information and feedback to the Company
Account management and business development
Cold calling, prospecting and converting leads, conducting sales presentations and closing deals
Provide follow up and value-added service to new and existing customer
Provide a professional and appropriate to approach to customer to support business growth brand differentiation and customer loyalty
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
Performing research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods
To carry out ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Management
