Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management or a related.
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in real estate industry.
- Possess social media knowledge is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
- Strong management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess positive working attitude, independent, good interpersonal, creative and result- oriented.
- Able to work on weekends & PH (if needed).
- Interview newbies & provide basic training.
- Assist the team on their tasks & support the sales agents such as cold calling & etc
- To coordinate marketing and sales activities of company\'s properties & determine relevant platforms through digital marketing.
- Prepare sales reports to immediate superior. Prepare other relevant report and documentation as required by the management as well.
- Handling all aspects of administrative tasks, sales & marketing & company\'s operations. As a team leader\'s position
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments, and activities assigned by the Management.
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient & organized office environment
- To build and maintain good relationships with new and existing agents
