Job Description

• High school diploma/GED / Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/ STPM/ \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d level/ Pre-U/ Diploma/Advance Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in any field or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in sales.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Possess with own transport and willing to travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a RM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks, if needed.
• Promote and to secure orders for the company\'s products.
• Perform/implement sales promotion, sales strategies and provide solution.
• Provide work plan and weekly sales activity report.
• Achieve monthly KPI and sales target.
• Ensure good coverage and regular service to assigned accounts.
• Conduct market research and update latest market information, especially on pricing, products, logistics, market trend, consumer behaviour, etc.
• Good follow up skill in both sales service and payment term collection agreed with company term.
• Team player who can work closely with the cross-functional team.
