Liaise with existing customers and performing research and identifying new potential customers and market opportunity, ensuring sales pipelines is healthy.
Set up sales meetings and introduce company products to potential customers/ distributors.
To develop a strong understanding of the company\'s business including customer profile, store, and competitors\' activities.
Able to conduct a presentation appropriately to convert into sales
Prepare quotation to customer, follow up quotation and process order
Prepare and submit weekly customer meetings and market report to management.
To develop and drive marketing strategies to meet the company\'s business goals.
To work closely with production planning team and customer on order processing and delivery schedule
Product education to customer
Resolves customer\'s issue or complaint (if any) by investigating problem, developing solution and recommendation to management
Well communication with team members (work as a team, sharing best practice, market information and feedback)
Other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
