• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote events at HORIZON@MenaraBAC.
• Generate leads, build client relationships, and drive event bookings through proactive sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client expectations.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and other platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content, including blog posts, emails, and social media posts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing roles related to events.
• Fresh graduates in relevant fields (Mass Communication ,Marketing) with a strong interest in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in promoting events and achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in both English and Malay, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
