Kelayakan

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RM software.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with editing with Capcut & Canva.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company\'s products and services.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• To do content & poster for campaign social media
• To be part of sales closing team.
