Turn clicks into bookings. Turn guests into fans.



You'll drive revenue and brand love for Bomb Battle by

converting inquiries into confirmed events

,

nurturing repeat clients

, and

producing social content that actually sells

. You'll keep campaigns on schedule and

capture the magic on-ground

-- shooting and editing event videos that spark fresh inquiries and bring guests back for more.

What You'll Do:



Revenue & Pipeline



Own the funnel from first DM/call to

deposit paid

: qualify, propose, follow up, close.

Build a steady pipeline via remarketing to past clients, partnerships, and smart outreach.

Support on-ground

walk-in conversions

and event upsells when needed.

Brand & Content



Produce

scroll-stopping reels/stories

that drive inquiries (not vanity views).

Turn around event media fast --

shoot & edit

punchy recap videos that convert.

Keep content calendars tight with the team; track what works and double down

Client Experience



Pitch team-building packages to HR/organisers, guide them to the right experience.

Help host/MC events when required; ensure guests leave as

five-star reviewers

.

Close the loop: thank-you follow-ups, review requests, and rebooking opportunities.

Campaign & Collaboration



Keep

campaign timelines

on track across sales, ops, and content.

Partner with Game Marshals to capture the best in-game moments.

Share weekly insights: what content drove DMs, which offers closed, what to fix next.

: You can pitch to HR at 10am and cut a reel that converts by 3pm.

: Warm on the phone, clear on WhatsApp, composed on-ground.

: You close loops, keep timelines, and fix small problems fast.

: You watch conversion and engagement, then tweak offers or edits accordingly.

Collaborative Doer

: Comfortable syncing with internal teams and agency partners.

Backgrounds that Pop

: B2B/B2C sales, events, PR/marketing communications, content creation, community building, early account management.

Nice-to-have

: Experience selling to corporate HR/training/event planners, or LinkedIn outreach chops.

Language

: Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin is a bonus.

Weekend Availability
