Sales & Marketing Executive (PR)

to build strong relationships with the community, enhance the centre's visibility, and communicate our mission through effective outreach and media strategies.

Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and distribution channels. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content, to support sales efforts and promotional activities.

Requirements/ Qualification:

Education

: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Experience

: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing/direct sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare/human health activities industry. Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
