Assist clients in the process of buying, selling, and renting properties.
Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on available properties and services.
Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients for feedback.
Provide general customer support, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Property Listing Management:
Assist in creating and updating property listings on various platforms (websites, property portals, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of all properties listed for sale or rent.
Ensure all property details are correctly displayed and up-to-date, including pricing, features, and availability.
Sales Support:
Coordinate with the sales and property management teams to ensure all documentation is prepared and processed efficiently.
Help prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents for property transactions.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline and keeping track of prospects and leads.
Provide administrative support to sales agents and property managers.
Marketing & Promotions:
Assist in creating marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, emails, and social media posts.
