Job Description
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.
- Act as an auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company.
- To develop new customers.
- To handle inquiries and complaints from customers.
- To ensure outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.
- To do field visits.
- To gather market information & competitor activities.
- To assist the department to achieve the sales target.
- To provide good service to customers.
- Monitor customer orders with Planning Department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and to arrange final delivery with client and Administration Executive.
- Confirm with Moulding department for completion of new die samples.
- Liaise with Despatch Department for final order received from production and feedback to client as and when necessary.
- To cooperate with any safety and health activities/campaigns organized by the company as well as to comply and enforce company\'s safety and health rules and regulations.
