Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research for local and international market to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures, competitor activities, and other factors that may impact the company\'s marketing and sales strategies.
Understand basic market segmentation, market penetration and market targeting concept.
Analyses data to identify market opportunities and threats.
Assist in preparing business proposals or marketing proposals involving promotional products and market opportunities as needed.
Sales and Marketing Strategy:
Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Customer Relations:
Perform daily outbound calls to prospects and manage inbound calls.
Proficient in sales, demonstrating a proactive and aggressive approach to achieving sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Initiate and control surveys online/physical to assess customer requirements.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Follow up customers to ensure that any issues or concerns have been addressed satisfactorily and to maintain ongoing engagement with your audience.
Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibition, trade shows, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
Marketing Execution:
Prepare marketing proposals and quotations in response to customer requirements.
Collaborate with team members to prepare budgets and monitor expenses for marketing activities.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns across various platforms.
Content Creation and Communication:
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions such as brochures/flyers, press releases, email marketing and website material.
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers for collaboration in promotional activities.
Reporting and Monitoring:
Report to the Head of Department (HOD) and CEO as necessary, on a weekly or daily basis.
Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns with teammate and submit performance reports.
