Your primary responsibility is to
generate new business and sales
for iPEN's
software solutions, web systems, and digital platforms
.
You will identify prospects, engage clients, pitch our products, and help the company achieve its revenue targets, while supporting the marketing team in branding and promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Growth
Identify and approach potential clients who require custom web, app, or software development.
Build and maintain relationships with business owners, startups, and organizations.
Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and explain iPEN's capabilities.
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution plans.
Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat projects.
Act as the bridge between the client and development team during early discussions.
Gather feedback from clients to help improve service quality.
Marketing & Outreach Support
Assist in marketing initiatives to promote iPEN's digital solutions and services.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and digital campaigns to generate leads.
Support social media efforts by identifying industry trends and client pain points.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain a detailed record of leads, opportunities, and conversions.
Provide weekly sales reports and progress updates to management.
Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation and sales goals.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in
sales or business development
, ideally in software, IT, or digital services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident, outgoing, and persuasive in dealing with clients.
Understanding of software development or digital solutions.
Able to work independently with a performance-driven mindset.
