We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales, marketing, customer service, and analytical skills.Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at building rapport and trust with clients.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin as the job required to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Offering a comprehensive compensation package including base salary, commission, incentives, and additional benefits.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently and is a highly self-motivated individual.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possesses own transport and able to travel.
Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Develop and implement strategies to cultivate long-term relationships with new clients.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Product Expertise & Training: Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for both existing and potential clients. Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to ensure clients receive the latest information.
  • Market Analysis & Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for market expansion. Analyze consumer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Client Financial Management: Monitor and address outstanding client payments promptly. Maintain accurate financial records and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Marketing & Business Development: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote brand awareness and drive client engagement.
  • Client Support & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions. Ensure a positive client experience by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by management, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team success.
