Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identifying and prospecting potential clients or customers through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending events.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients or partners.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Staying updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Participating in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to showcase products or services and expand the company\'s reach.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, contacts, and opportunities in RM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
