About you

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive (Telemarketing) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh or entry-level graduates who are eager to start their career in sales and marketing. Youwill be responsible for engaging customers over the phone, supporting renewal activities, andcontributing to the overall growth of the sales department.

Your day-to-day

Conduct telemarketing message/calls to reach out to existing and potential customers. Support efforts to improve customer renewal rates through proactive follow-up and relationshipmanagement. Follow up on leads generated from campaigns and marketing activities to ensure no opportunities are missed. Work closely with the sales team to achieve departmental sales targets. Perform basic data computation, reporting, and analysis to support sales operations. Adhere to business guidelines and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provide ideas and suggestions to help drive business growth and improve sales performance. Be proactive and engaging in the workplace -- active participation and collaboration will be seenas an additional merit. Assist in other sales or marketing-related tasks as assigned. Be open and adaptable to role changes or new responsibilities as needed.

You Know-how

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of initiative. Comfortable with phone-based customer interaction and follow-ups. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
