Job Scope
1) Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase departmental revenue.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers), including both existing and newly established outlets.
Monitor market activities, including upcoming events and partnership opportunities, to support strategic business expansion.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the HoReCa channel, aligned with the overall brand and sales objectives.
Plan and carry out marketing campaigns--both digital and offline--to promote products and services effectively.
Stay responsive to evolving customer preferences, market trends, and business needs.
Manage B2B communication, handle email inquiries, and conduct timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
2) Operations & Service Management
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage products and services.
Oversee compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory levels, place stock orders, and monitor supply chains within budgetary constraints.
Proactively identify and implement cost-effective initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
3) Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and operational outcomes to senior management.
Track and analyze weekly and monthly business metrics and market trends to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
SPM certificate (or equivalent).
Experience:
Previous experience in HoReCa sales or the F&B / bakery ingredients industry is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Must have own transportation
and be open to travel as needed.
