Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and maximize department revenue.
Build, expand, and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients -- hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, etc. (including existing, newly opened, and upcoming outlets).
Monitor upcoming events, trends, and partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
Develop and execute a HoReCa Channel Marketing Plan aligned with the company's brand strategy and sales targets.
Plan and implement both online and offline marketing activities to promote products and services.
Stay adaptable to evolving customer demands, industry trends, and operational needs.
Manage B2B email communications, inquiries, and follow-ups related to business development.
2) Operations & Service Oversight
Ensure consistent product and service quality standards for all F&B offerings.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supply management within the approved budget.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
3) Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present regular sales and operational reports to senior management.
Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly business results, customer feedback, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum education requirement: SPM certificate or equivalent.
Prior experience in HoReCa sales or the F&B/bakery ingredients industry is an advantage.
Strong understanding of sales processes, business development, and customer service best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
