Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves developing strategies, driving sales growth, managing the marketing team, and ensuring strong brand presence across platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets. Promote company's products/services and develop new market opportunities. Manage advertising, social media, promotions, and brand campaigns. Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships. Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team. Prepare reports, analyze market trends, and provide insights to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in sales/marketing management. Strong knowledge of e-commerce, social media, and business development. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to work under pressure, proactive, and result-oriented.
