Responsibilities
Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Promote company's products/services and develop new market opportunities.
Manage advertising, social media, promotions, and brand campaigns.
Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team.
Prepare reports, analyze market trends, and provide insights to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales/marketing management.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce, social media, and business development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure, proactive, and result-oriented.
