To prepare sales report & analysis by identify most important sales KPI. 7. To gather info to achieve sales target goal set by the company. 8. Researching prospects and generating leads. 9. To maintain / feedback from the market for competitors\xe2\x80\x99 product. 10. To follow-up / solve after-sales service-related matters with internal & external parties. 11. Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions, inquiries and complaints. 12. To participate in sales exhibition, corporate events etc. B ) General Responsibilities 1. Housekeeping concept \xe2\x80\x93 To enforce cleanliness and tidiness of work place and to ensure the well keeping of tools and facilities at work place. 2. Safety awareness \xe2\x80\x93 To ensure the enforcement of safety rules and regulations. 3. Any other relevant or ad-hoc works assigned by the direct superior.
