To attend to all sales admin functions including calls and inquiries from purchasers, sales agents end financiers and solicitors
To check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Documentation and other relevant documents to the sales
Liaise with sales agents, purchasers and solicitors to ensure timely execution of Sales and Purchase Agreement and Loan Agreement
Prepare and update loan approval status on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Ensuring that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out pertaining to execution of SPA, billings, reminders and collections
To liaise with solicitors and bankers on the related sales and purchase agreements and loan documentation
To ensure all correspondence from bankers, lawyers & purchasers pertaining to the various type of documentation are promptly completed
Data Entry & Maintenance of purchasers\xe2\x80\x99 record in the system
Prepare sales status, commission, legal fee payment, & collection status reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Assist in project launches and other related events when required
Any other duties/ task as assign by the superior from time to time.
