Position: Sales & Marketing Officer
Location:
Menara Summit, USJ (Main Office) (Optional workspace: SetiaWalk Puchong or Bangsar South branch - upon request)
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Office)
Friday-Saturday: Work from Anywhere (Hybrid Flex)
As the Sales & Marketing Officer, you'll be at the heart of Skytravel2u's growth -- converting travel leads into bookings, managing our brand presence online, and working hand-in-hand with our part-time Ads Manager to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media -- follow up, build rapport, and convert into confirmed bookings.
Manage all official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) -- daily updates, story posting, and message replies.
Coordinate with the Ads Manager to align ad campaigns, landing pages, and content.
Prepare creative copywriting for social media captions, posters, and travel promotions.
Track campaign performance and report weekly lead conversion data to management.
Coordinate with the Tour Operations team to ensure accuracy of trip details, dates, and prices.
Assist in building Skytravel2u's brand identity through consistent communication and community engagement.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Tourism, or Business-related field.
1-3 years experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (travel industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Malay.
Proactive, social-media savvy, and result-driven personality.
Basic Canva / design & caption writing skills are an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
RM3,500/month (EPF + SOCSO + EIS)
Performance Bonus / Profit Share:
3-5% per successful project
Hybrid Flexibility:
Work-from-anywhere on Fridays & Saturdays
Career Growth:
Clear promotion path to Senior Officer / Manager level after 6 months based on performance
