Job Responsibility Manage daily operation of the branch. Manage administration system in real estate field (key in data client from ads) Basic knowledge in editing video/ poster/ flyers for daily posting on social media Assist in sales activities administration. Knowing how to use social media to engage with client on ads inquiry. Setting the client to agents for further engagement. Site visit the estate for marketing (when needed) Manage phone calls and correspondence (if have) Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary. Assist company in reaching goals and objectives related to project procurement, project sales and productivity. Build and manage long term relationships with key target clients. Follow up on project leads identified (if have) Be main point of contact between the agents. Job Requirements Possess at least a SPM / Diploma / Certificate / Degree in any field preferably in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Project Management or equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively Proficient in Microsoft office & Editing apps in any (optional) Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
