Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales while supporting marketing initiatives. You will actively develop new clients, maintain existing customer relationships, and help boost sales performance through marketing campaigns. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and marketing are highly welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities (Sales-Focused):

Actively identify potential clients and generate leads to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Follow up on client orders, contracts, and payments to ensure smooth transactions. Develop and execute sales plans, providing regular updates on progress and performance. Understand customer needs and offer professional solutions to increase conversion rates. Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, product showcases, and events to drive sales. Collaborate with the team to prepare sales materials, product presentations, and quotations. Collect market and competitor information to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates (Fresh Graduate) are welcome; degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related fields preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus. Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
