Oversee the marketing of company products through digital channels, traditional media, and at industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by identifying potential markets and creating tailored sales pitches for different customers.
Work closely with the R&D, production, and product development teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign results, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry. Experience with baby care products is an advantage
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and B2B sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
Data-driven with the ability to analyze market trends and sales performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
