The goal is to achieve high occupancy rates, maintain client satisfaction, and strengthen the company's brand presence in the worker accommodation industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Developmen

oIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with companies, contractors, and employment agencies that require staff accommodations.
oConduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term tenancy agreements.
oPrepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company pricing and policies.
oMaintain and expand a database of potential and existing clients.
oMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
oWork closely with operations and admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and tenants.
2. Marketing & Branding
oDevelop and execute marketing strategies to promote the dormitory's facilities and services.
oManage online marketing channels (company website, social media, networking).
oCreate promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads.
oOrganize marketing campaigns, roadshows, and events to attract new tenants or clients.
oEnhance brand visibility and company reputation in the market.
3. Client Relationship Management
oBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
oConduct regular follow-ups and satisfaction checks with clients and tenants.
oHandle feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally to ensure high client retention.
4. Reporting & Documentation
oPrepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
oTrack occupancy rates, client pipelines, and revenue growth.
oMaintain proper records of contracts, client communications, and marketing activities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
