Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documents accurately. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups. Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain and update customer and sales records in the system. Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries. Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, events, and promotions. Prepare and manage marketing materials such as brochures, samples, and product information. Monitor competitor activities and market trends when required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing support role preferred (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
