  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in the pet care or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with B2B clients and B2C customers.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales administration, including order processing and record management.
  • Experience in event coordination and team leadership is advantageous.
  • Possess own transportation for business-related travel.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend events.
  • Passion for pets and genuine interest in promoting pet health and well-being.
  • Proficient (written and spoken) in English, Mandarin (optional) & Bahasa Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab

Sales and Business Development:
  • Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients, such as retailers and buyers, to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Engage with B2C customers, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Able to layout sales plan in both strategic and tactical level
  • Able to close sales and meet monthly KPI
Territory Management:
  • Conduct regular visits to retailers, pet shops, distributors, and potential clients to showcase our pet skin care products and secure sales agreements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain an organised database of clients for effective follow-up.
Multifaceted Communication:
  • Communicate proficiently with various stakeholders, delivering clear and engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and explanations.
Event Coordination:
  • Coordinate the team\'s participation in pet-related events, expos, and pet bazaars to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
  • Plan logistics, manage booth setup, and ensure seamless event execution.
Sales Administration:
  • Manage sales-related administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and tracking sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist in sales forecasting.
Market Insight:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
