1. Prepare and deliver technical presentation explaining products and services to the existing and prospective customer. 2.Ensure all enquiries from customers are attended immediately. 3. Prepare proposal and quotation based on customer enquiries and requirements. 4. Follow up with customer to get order confirmation. 5. Advise and follow up for the billings and invoice. 6. Obtain feedback from customer on the problems of pump. 7. Visit customer to get information, part, sample, other items etc. 8. Act immediately on any rejected items supplied to the customer.
