Job Description


In this position, you will be driving and leading the sales revenue/target for all the retail Partners/Channel in the given Region. You must develop good engagement and manage all the store sales performance by doing regular store visitation, coaching and continually communicate and educate to all the partners\' sales personnel at all retail stores. Responsibilities : Sales performance of the assigned Region Engaging with retail outlet owners, store managers and sales personnel Tracking and monitoring the daily/weekly/monthly sales performance of your assigned region Producing the weekly and monthly sales performance report We expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies Impactful Maintains commitment to achieving goals in the face of obstacles Focused on objectives and identifies activities and key results required to meet them Takes accountability and self-motivated to deliver results even in situations which are not straight-forward Customer Focus Understands the importance of customer feedback and appreciates their points of view Understands the role and importance of using customer data to make decisions Aware of the benefits of offering different service solutions to a diversity of customers and helps support adoption Collaborative Offers support and contributes to the delivery of shared goals. Resilient when things don\'t go to plan Requirements: Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of working experience in sales, preferably from insurance, sales, retail, or OEM industries Proven track record of construction sales growth Works well independently and within a team environment to communicate effectively, overcome obstacles and achieve goals Extremely organized and detail oriented Assertive in making calculated decisions and commits to a course of action Dependable and able to follow-up and execute against multiple priorities Strategically introduce creative ideas to team and leaders
