Job Description


Job Responsibility To identify and develop new clients. To build relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service. To provide products training and updates to existing and potential clients. To evaluate consumer needs and conduct market research for market expansion. To monitor customer outstanding payment and provide after sales service. To carry out marketing and business development tasks to achieve the company target. To handle enquiry and any complaints from clients. To assist in other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by the Management. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent. Able to communicate in Mandarin as the job required to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Able to work independently and is a highly self-motivated individual. Required skill(s): MS Office. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
