Our well-established client a Multinational Food Manufacturer is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate for the position of Sales Operation Executive to be based in Regus - Subang Jaya.

Duties & Responsibilities: -
t * Responsible for market performance in the Retail channel.
t * Responsible for the in-market sales achievement, through driving the growth in retail channel (modern trade and general trade) in the assign branch/ region/ accounts.
t * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure long-term business partnership.
t * Plan executes and coordinates promotions with inter department teams, buyers to ensure timely and flawless execution in assigned accounts.
t * Manage and monitor key account receivables, stock levels, A&P budgets, and other key performance indicators.
t * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and 4PL to ensure smooth operations and supply chain efficiency.
t * Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and reports to superior, and recommend strategies for improvement.
t * Provide market intelligence regarding to market trend and competitor activities in the respective region/ account and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required.
t * Provide sales administrative support to sales team and assist in day-to-day coordination e.g. customer enquiry.
t * Sales Data Management: Collecting, cleaning, managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data from various sources (Distributors, SAP, E-comm enabler etc.). Support in preparation of comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
t * To manage and track trade spend e.g. raise national PPF, A&P provision and ensure on time account payable to distributor.
t * Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and automate existing sales processes to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts.
t * Training and onboarding: Assists in the onboarding of new sales personnel by providing training on systems, sales processes, and sales tools.
Requirement:
t * Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields.
t * 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNC food companies.
t * Experience in Retail trade channel is desired (working experience in other Trade Channels will also be considered) and experience in working through Distributors is preferred for this position.
t * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and cross-functional departments.
t * Displays basic analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
t * Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
t * Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, English.
t * Willing to travel out-station and overseas where required.
t * Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
