Your role:

Strategic Account Partnership

- Build long-term customer relationships, align account plans with portfolio strategy, and drive value creation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver a unified customer experience.

Commercial Process Leadership

- Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, and margin realization with strong governance.

Operational Excellence

- Apply Lean/continuous improvement to simplify processes, enhance visibility, and improve execution quality.

Market & Segment Support

- Execute trade promotions, distribution expansion, and funnel hygiene across Personal Health and Health Systems.

Insights & Risk Management

- Provide data-driven recommendations, monitor sales/margin outcomes, and manage operational risks (credit, supply, delivery).

You're the right fit if:

Strong analytical and operational management skills


Forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting expertise Lean/continuous improvement knowledge


Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities Customer-centric mindset with relationship-building skills

7-10 years

in Key Account Management or Commercial Excellence
