Job Summary:

The After-Sales & Operation Assistant Manager supports the overall management of after-sales activities, service operations, and customer support for Ground Support Equipment. This role assists the department manager in ensuring high service quality, timely maintenance, effective spare parts coordination, and smooth daily operations to meet customer satisfaction and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing after-sales service activities for GSE equipment. Coordinate

Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operations

to ensure optimal performance. Monitor warranty claims, service reports, and equipment performance issues. Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to service-related inquiries. Manage

spare parts inventory

and oversee equipment maintenance. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless operations. Ensure

24/7 operational readiness

, resource allocation, and emergency response.

Manage paperwork and documentation

related to maintenance, compliance, and reporting. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

? Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

At least 4 years of experience

inheavy machinery, automotive, or equipment service industry.
? Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
? Hands-on experience in

automotive systems, GSE operations, and maintenance best practices

? Ability to work in a fast-paced,

24/7 operational environment

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
? Willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur and semenanjung stations.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
