As we grow in Malaysia, we're looking for a dynamic Sales & Operation Manager to drive both operational efficiency and retail sales success.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Fulfilment
Manage day-to-day order fulfilment, stock movement, and delivery coordination.
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Oversee inventory control and restocking for retail outlets and roadshows.
Retail & Sales Management
Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets.
Monitor retail performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Plan and implement in-store promotions and visual merchandising standards.
Roadshows & Events
Plan and execute nationwide roadshows and pop-up events.
Handle logistics, event setup, and manpower coordination.
Track event performance and provide improvement insights.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and operations reports.
Liaise with Singapore HQ for stock planning and process alignment.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, logistics, or operations management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Willing to work beyond normal working hours, travel for roadshows and retail events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
