Your Role:

The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing support to Tenable\'s APAC Channel team efficiently with a high degree of professionalism. You will coordinate and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that all administrative details are followed up. The Sales Administrator must be able to work independently to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and determine methods and procedures to resolve problems and serve as an information resource in specific scenarios.

Your Responsibility:

  • Creation and distribution of quotes for relevant renewals and new opportunities.
  • Conducting follow-up with distributors, channel partners, and customers to ensure quotes have been actioned and to gather status updates.
  • Creation and distribution of pipeline reports, sending the reports to partners ahead of forecast calls.
  • Updating of information from partner\'s pipeline reviews from Excel back into SFDC.
  • Communicating information to management as required.
  • Assist in customer enquiries for licensing updates (e.g., change of email owner of license).
  • Understand Tenable licensing policies and procedures and guide customers to assist in their queries.
  • Understand which queries should be directed to our technical support team vs handled within channel sales administration.
  • Learn Tenable\'s landscape of resources and people to direct customers requiring assistance.
What You\'ll Need:
  • Administration experience in Salesforce CRM, especially Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) module.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (office, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Mail and Documents.
  • Ability to create and follow streamlined, repeatable processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management as well as customers.
