products & services, with a focus on responsible beauty. They are currently seeking a qualified Sales & \xef\xbb\xbfOperations Manager to be part of their Sales Team.

\xef\xbb\xbfThe Sales & Operations Manager responsibilities is to bring the company\'s brand to new heights, build visibility
and advocacy in Malaysia. They are to ensure excellence in service in all retail, spa locations and DS, building
and leverage the synergy between counters and spas. The role objective is to drive revenues, build and maximize sales budget, make good use of all the resources to ensure that top line and bottom line KPIs are delivered.

  • Retail Sales Strategy
  • Engage and motivate the sales team to adhere and follow company sales objectives.
  • Lead sales team: sales organization, objectives, training/coaching programs, incentive, and career plans (including field team).
  • In cooperation with regional office/domestic stakeholders to set up the right tools to track progress and deliver on targets, programs efficiency, ROI, market trends.
  • Ensure coordination between marketing/training and sales departments to deliver with consistency and in line with the brands plan
  • Sell-in Strategy
  • Develop high interaction with the trade: building key account management with departmental store.
  • Ensure new products are list in on time with the launch plan.\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Work closely with Management and marketing team for store display, targeting to draw customers attention to build brand awareness and product attractiveness.
  • Business Management
  • Participate in devising the overall strategy formulation and business development based on the brand ambitions and targets together with the Marketing and Sales & Operations heads.
  • Build with marketing the trade and retailtainment plan and ensure its execution to attract, engage and entertain customers through series of in-store & offsite promotion with the objectives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure local implementation with tracking tools, organize regular assessments and build resulting action plans.
  • Share the annual, monthly, weekly, daily objectives and sales targets collectively and with each member of the team.
  • To build and maintain good working relationship with all Dept Store/landlords.
  • P&L management to ensure maximization of investment and manage expenses.
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Operate with discipline and ensure all actions are customer centric/obsession, going extra miles in customer experience.
  • Implement SOPs for consistency operational quality; customer service, welcoming skills, ambiance setting tools and skills, complaint management.
  • To ensure good stocks/inventory management at store level. Take prompt action whenever necessary.
  • \xef\xbb\xbfTeam Management
  • Responsible of recruit the field staff (all positions) and retention of field staff by working with HR / Head of Sales & Operations to constantly engage and motive the team.
  • Conduct performance (assessment and goal setting), career and salary management, in line with training and HR guidelines.
  • \xef\xbb\xbfResponsible for each team members constant skills development through individual coaching and motivation initiatives.
  • Foster a caring team building spirit aligned on the Group values.
Who are we looking for?
  • A graduate with at least 3-4 years of similar working experience in the related field as Retail Operational
expertise in excels and analysis. Preferably working experience in the beauty retail industry. * Has technical skills in MS Office applications.
  • Good communication in English will be main, and Chinese or Malay will be value added.
  • Possess strong analytical mind, entrepreneurship mindset, strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good people and ledership management skills.
