Salary: Up to MYR 5,500

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or energy industries.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Proficient in data analysis and using data for decision-making.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.

Operations:

Manage daily operational activities across sales, logistics, and customer service.

Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and efficient product and service delivery.

Oversee inventory planning and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Management & Reporting:

Lead and manage a small team.

Prepare regular sales reports, performance records, and operational updates for management.

Develop and implement strategies for workplace and process improvement.
