Job Summary:
To support business transfer, consolidating functions in Penang. Expert on various systems functionalities and business processes. Subject matter expert on CSR roles and responsibilities, identifying and resolving special issues pertaining to orders, products, and communications. Cross train with counterpart, planner, logistics & others to better understand processes in different entities.
Your New Role:
Expert on Model N functionalities and business processes covering REN-PWR, ANLG and EP, to manage Model N Helpdesk He/She will cover Asia/EU support while other team members cover US support.
Manage the re-routing of EDI workflow errors for REN-PWR to CSRs.
Coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Respond all customer inquiries - coordinate as necessary with other functional areas.
Work closely with team members to be each other\'s back-up.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 yrs related experience in the field of Customer Service Operations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Detailed, self-motivated, and organized
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Must possess the ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining good customer relations
