Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join the Centralized Quoting & Analytics team as Program Manager. As part of our team, you engage closely with Business team stakeholders and cross functional teams to create functional, actionable analyses of project framework, project goals, progress, challenges and opportunities. Our ideal candidate has good experience in Global sales operations or equivalent experience in building enterprise business processes, as well as excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.

Your New Role:

• Providing operational support such as liaising with business team stakeholders, cross functional teams, coordinate cross-project activities, tracking project goals, tracking timelines etc.
• Preparing, reviewing and maintaining project schedules, project change requests, project documentation and reports.
• Conducting and presentation a feasibility analysis for proposed projects.
• Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
• Assist in development of functional project management policies, procedures and implementation.

• Bachelor\'s degree in business management or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4years experience with project management processes, project management life cycle, scrum - agile project management framework and tools.
• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management processes.
• Experience with business stakeholders and cross functional team management.
• Good experience in Global sales operations or in building enterprise business processes.
• Good experience in leading Business Intelligence projects.
• Ability to work effectively with competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
