• To meet customers and introduce the company\'s project. At last the target is to close the deal.
• Provide after sales service and follow up with customers.
• Liaise with customers, end financiers (Bank) and solicitors on legal documentation matters, assist in standard procedure of loan submission to bank and PA signing.
• To be professional in attending to all inquiries, phone calls, channel to the respective department or person in charge all the time.
• Reaching and attract new customer using online marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and others) and offline marketing tools (Bunting, Banner, Marketing Booth/ Event)
• Assist in content creating and photo/video shooting.
• Handling launches and campaigns from the initial stage of concept to launch execution and ensure successful execution of events.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies;

• Fully support on advertising fees

• The Salary structure is \xe2\x80\x9cFixed basic salary + Individual commission\xe2\x80\x9d. No maximum cap income.
