• As a Sales trainer, you\'ll work closely with the Sales team leader and telemarketing team to deliver knowledge training to ensure SOP is follow by all teammates in all interactions. What you\'ll need to succeed
• Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• Experience of delivering sales training.
• Proactive and willing to learn attitude.
• Great interpersonal skills, able to communicate and work with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of the banking industry and finance.
• Familiarity with industry terminology and practices.
• Ability to identify and address mistakes made by teammates.
• Experience in creating review tests and monitoring progress.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging and clear presentations.\xc2\xb7
• Proficient in creating and enhancing training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
• Proficient in using Excel analysis tools.
• Skilled in managing virtual meeting rooms and engaging participants interactively.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt training approaches as needed.
• Efficient in planning and coordinating training schedules and resources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with effective time management to handle multiple training initiatives.
• Previous experience in financial services training is a plus.
• Good communication skills with teammates, fostering collaboration and support.
• Monitor calls, provide performance feedback, and ensure adherence to call scripts and quality standards.
