Assist in preparing and organizing sales documentation.
Assist in following up with internal sales personnel on pending items such as financing, permits and delivery instruction.
Support in issuing Certificate of Manufacturer & Sales Letter
Assist in coordinating the logistic and shipping agents for vehicle delivery.
Track and update vehicle movement records and support inventory monitoring.
Assist in the issuance of vehicle-related documentation such as delivery notes and tax invoices
Assist with data entry and preparation of reports (e.g., stock inventory, delivery schedules, forecast reports).
Marketing & Branding Activities
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events in line with brand strategy.
Assist coordinate with marketing agencies and vendors for branding materials and merchandising.
Support in organizing trade fairs and brand activation events.
Help to monitor social media platforms and support content coordination for digital campaigns.
Assist in budget tracking for marketing activities and ensure proper documentation.
Contribute to the coordination of customer satisfaction studies and data collection.
EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Currently pursuing Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of marketing tools and platforms.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Fluent speaking, reading & writing in English & Bahasa Malaysia language.
