What You'll Do

As a

Sales Planning & Development Intern

, you'll work directly with our Head of Sales and founding team to help design, optimise, and scale our sales engine. You'll play a vital role in improving sales productivity, analysing performance data, and supporting initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Your responsibilities include:

Analysing sales performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Designing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales team. Supporting the implementation of sales enablement tools and AI-powered workflows. Assisting in planning and executing targeted sales campaigns. Collaborating with marketing to align sales activities with promotional efforts. Tracking and reporting the effectiveness of sales strategies. Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the sales leadership team.

What You'll Gain

Who You Are

Degree preferred but not required -- open to all fields of study. Curious, analytical, and eager to learn about business growth and sales strategy. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficient in English (written and spoken). Comfortable working in a fast-changing, startup environment.
