Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales projects
Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimations based on customer requirements
Negotiate pricing, terms, and project scope with customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
Project Coordination & Execution
Manage assigned sales projects from order confirmation to final delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Purchasing, QA, Finance) to ensure project milestones are met
Monitor project progress, timeline, and cost, and address issues proactively
Ensure customer requirements, specifications, and contract terms are clearly communicated and implemented
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Provide regular project updates and handle customer inquiries or concerns
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain sales contracts, project documentation, and records
Update sales pipeline, project status, and forecasts in CRM or internal systems
Prepare regular sales and project performance reports for management
After-Sales Support
Coordinate project handover, delivery, and invoicing
Support resolution of project-related issues, claims, or variations
Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
