Support customers in locating products and making purchase decisions.
Ensure inventory levels are well monitored and replenished as needed.
Actively promote store loyalty programs, membership cards, and special offers.
Provide up-to-date information on product pricing and availability.
Organize and maintain attractive product displays and store presentations.
Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management when required.
