Assisting and attending to customers' needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Handling cash and processing customer payments accurately.
Helping customers find products and providing recommendations when needed.
Monitoring and ensuring sufficient stock levels on the sales floor.
Promoting in-store promotions, special deals, or membership programs.
Providing accurate information on product pricing, features, and availability.
Arranging and maintaining attractive product and window displays.
Managing customer inquiries or complaints and escalating them to management when necessary.
