1. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and supporting documents tailored to customer requirements.
2. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Electrical & Instrumentation projects.
3. Develop cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing sheets in collaboration with procurement and vendors.
4. Support pre-sales and post-sales processes by offering product knowledge and technical expertise.
5. Liaise with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) and external parties (suppliers, subcontractors, OEMs) to gather data and support proposal development.
6. Ensure all proposals are technically sound, cost-effective, and meet project and client requirements.
7. Prepare bid clarifications, compliance statements, and other required documentation.
8. Support business development and sales teams during pre-bid, clarification, and negotiation stages.
9. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments to strengthen proposal
competitiveness.
10. Participate in client meetings and clarifications sessions to ensure alignment with client expectations.
