\xe3\x83\xbb Cultivate and find new customers and sell FA equipment.

\xe3\x83\xbb Establish relationships with new customers

\xe3\x83\xbb Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

\xe3\x83\xbb Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

\xe3\x83\xbb Identify and respond to client needs of Factory Automation

\xe3\x83\xbb Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in

\xe3\x83\xbb Follow up on customer orders as necessary to Supplier

\xe3\x83\xbb Anticipate the needs of customers and Suggest for FA Product them accordingly

\xe3\x83\xbb Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate

\xe3\x83\xbb Attend a weekly sales meeting

\xe3\x83\xbb Appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.

Requirements \xef\xbd\xa5 Must have a minimum of three(3) years experience in a Sales or an Engineerring for FA role

\xef\xbd\xa5 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

\xef\xbd\xa5 Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds

\xe3\x83\xbb Ability to take initiative and work independently

\xe3\x83\xbb Exceptional organizational skills

\xe3\x83\xbb Willingness to absorb new knowledges.

\xef\xbd\xa5 Able to follow instructions and take action accordingly

\xe3\x83\xbb Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office ( WORD,EXCEL,PowerPoint\xef\xbc\x89

\xe3\x83\xbb Strong organizational skills

\xe3\x83\xbb Ability to speak to Japanese (N1 or N2)
