Job Description

Customer Assistance



Handle incoming calls, messenger promptly. Provide accurate product / service information. Assist customers with order, billing or technical support. Send customers a reminder one day before their appointment.

Customer Relationship Building



Conduct a minimum of 30 calls per day to propose necessary services ( From Princeton Membership data ). Weekly at least achieved 12 cases of treatment / polish & wax / professional care / recoat appointments.

Prospecting



Monitor job progress and make sure on time delivery. Verify job compilation to ensure all orders are fulfilled before delivery.

Problem Resolution



Address complaints in a professional and timely manner Troubleshoot issues and escalate to relevant departments if needed. Follow up until resolution is achieved.

Customer Relationship Management



Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvement. Collaborate with sales, operation, and product teams to enhance customer experience.

Sales Execution



Close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Assist and support senior staff in daily operations or sales presentation and ensure tasks are completed directly.

Pay: From RM2,460.00 per month
