- Degree level or equivalents qualification with relevant working experience in chemistry/science/cosmetics and food ingredients is prefer.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales & customer service is prefer.
- Mandatory requirement fluency in written and spoken business English.
- Mandatory requirement fluency in spoken business Mandarin.
- Must own a car with a valid driver\'s license to visit clients.
- Identify and hunt new business clients and opportunities, and grow our company\'s portfolio.
- To participate in trade events with a view to network and generate leads.
- Proven track record in sales management and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Responsible for the whole sales process from leads generation, opportunity engagement, qualification to contract and onboarding.
- Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive to succeed, especially in a star-up environment.
